摘要
中国式现代化尊重现代化的一般规律,但要从中国国情出发,既要体现社会主义的要求,也要反映中国进入新时代的经济特征,走中国特色社会主义的现代化道路。本文从现代化的目标、进程和道路三个方面,在阐述现代化一般规律的基础上研究中国式现代化的特征。中国式现代化目标表现在高品质生活、全体人民共同富裕和促进人的现代化等三个方面。中国式现代化进程有两个重要特征:一是分阶段推进现代化;二是将现代化概括为工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化,并创造了四化同步的经验。进入新阶段,四化同步的进程有了新内容:建设现代化产业体系、以数字经济为代表的信息化、大中小城市协调发展、农业农村现代化。立足新发展阶段,中国式现代化道路要实现不断创新和拓展,迈上更高质量、更有效率、更加公平、更可持续、更为安全的现代化之路,其内容包括:新发展格局的构建、高水平科技的自立自强、高水平对外开放。
The Chinese-style modernization respects the general law of modernization,but it should proceed from China’s national conditions,reflect not only the requirements of socialism,but also the economic characteristics of China entering a new era,and take the road of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.This paper studies the characteristics of chinese path to modernization from three aspects:the goal,the process and the road of modernization,on the basis of expounding the general law of modernization.The goal of chinese path to modernization is embodied in three aspects:high quality of life,common prosperity of all the people and the promotion of human modernization.The process of Chinese modernization has two important features;On the one hand,it promotes modernization in stages;On the other hand,it generalizes modernization into industrialization,information technology,urbanization and agricultural modernization,and create the experience of the four modernization synchronously.Entering a new stage,the process of synchronizing the four modernizations has new contents:building a modern industrial system,IT application represented by the digital economy,coordinated development of large,medium and small cities,and modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Based on the new stage of development,Chinese modernization path will continue to innovate and expand,and embark on a higher quality,more efficient,fairer,more sustainable and safer path of modernization,which includes the establishment of a new development pattern,self-reliance in high-tech technology,and high level of opening-up.
