摘要
目的分析综合护理干预在胎盘早剥患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取60例胎盘早剥患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用综合护理干预,比较护理后两组的分娩方式、产后并发症发生情况、新生儿Apgar评分、护理满意度。结果观察组患者阴道分娩率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组,新生儿出生后1 min、5 min的Apgar评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胎盘早剥患者采用综合护理干预的护理效果较好,可提高患者阴道分娩率,减少并发症总发生情况,改善新生儿出生后1 min、5 min的Apgar评分,提高患者护理满意度,值得应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with placental abruption.Methods A total of 60 patients with placental abruption were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.After nursing,the delivery mode,postpartum complications,neonatal Apgar score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The vaginal delivery rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of observation group was lower than control group,and Apgar score 1 min and 5 min after birth was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with placental abruption has better nursing effect,which can improve the rate of vaginal delivery,reduce the incidence of complications,improve Apgar score 1 min and 5 min after birth,and improve patients'nursing satisfaction.It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
