摘要
随着耐药性的发展,抗生素的应用面临着严峻挑战,通过抑制剂来抑制细菌生长而不寻求直接杀灭细菌成为一种新的抗细菌感染策略。细菌分泌系统是效应蛋白转运的通道,在效应蛋白分泌过程中发挥重要作用,在抗细菌感染策略中被作为优先选择对象。其中细菌Ⅲ型分泌系统(T3SS)结构复杂,功能却相对保守,是众多重要效应分子转运的必经路径,已成为抑制剂选择的热点靶标。本文就细菌Ⅲ型分泌系统的结构、功能研究进展及其抑制剂的发展进行阐述,为其通过抑制T3SS的抗细菌感染,新型抑制剂开发以及减缓细菌耐药的研究提供理论依据。
With the development of drug resistance,the application of antibiotics is facing challenges.Instead of seeking to kill bacteria,inhibiting the growth of bacteria through inhibitors has become a new anti-infection strategy.The bacterial secretion system is the channel of effector protein transport,which plays an important role in the process of effector protein secretion,and has become the preferred target of bacteriostatic strategy.The typeⅢsecretion system,which is a necessary pathway for the transport of many important effector molecules,has become a hot target for inhibitor selection.In this paper,the structure and function of the typeⅢsecretion system of bacteria and the development of inhibitors are reviewed,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the study of anti-bacterial infection by inhibiting the type II secretion system,the development of new inhibitors and the mitigation of bacterial drug resistance.
