摘要
目的:探讨2010-2020年间中国大学生生命意义感的变化趋势及性别差异。方法:采用横断历史meta分析的方法,对50篇使用中文人生意义问卷(C-MLQ)测量我国大学生生命意义感的文献进行分析,运用一般元分析的方法考察大学生生命意义感的变迁趋势及性别差异。结果:2010-2020年间,大学生C-MLQ总分上升了0.19个标准差,生命意义体验得分上升了0.35个标准差,生命意义追寻得分上升了0.05个标准差;C-MLQ总分及2个维度得分均与年代呈正相关(r=0.20~0.58,均P <0.05);CMLQ总分及2个维度均分性别差异的平均效果量(d)分别为0.05、0.03、-0.00。结论:近10年来研究报告的中国大学生生命意义感逐步升高。
Objective:To explore the change trend and gender difference of meaning in life among Chinese college students from 2010 to 2020.Methods:Cross-sectional meta-analysis was used to analyze 50 literatures that measured the meaning in life in college students with the Chinese Meaning of Life Questionnaire(C-MLQ).General meta-analysis was used to investigate the change trend and gender difference of meaning in life in college students.Results:During 2010-2020,the total C-MLQ score of college students increased by 0.19 standard deviation,the score of meaning of life experience increased by 0.35 standard deviation,and the score of meaning of life pursuit increased by 0.05 standard deviation.The total scores of C-MLQ and the scores of two dimensions were positively correlated with the age(r=0.20-0.58,Ps<0.05).There were no significant differences in C-MLQ score and the two dimensions between different genders(d=0.05,0.03,-0.00).Concdusion:It suggests that the meaning in life of Chinese college students in the researches in the past 10 years has gradually increased.
