摘要
针对石油化工产品管输时采用质量流量计计量,在贸易计量中因长输管线不满管、介质温度压力未修正和汽化等问题产生的较大计量误差,提出了系统解决方案。主要以质量流量计工作原理为切入点,结合异常的工艺曲线,解剖实际案例,提出了完整的控制方案。该方案实施后,完全消除了影响质量流量计测量准确度的问题,确保了计量数据公平、公正。
In view of larger measurement errors of petrochemical products caused by the problems like the partially flled pipe of longdistance transmission pipeline,and the uncorrection and ungasification of medium temperature pressure when mass flowmeter is adopted in the trade measurement,the paper puts forward the systematic solving scheme.With the working principle of mass flowmeter as the starting point,combined with the unusual technical curve,the paper dissects actual cases,and puts one integrated control scheme.When this scheme has been implemented,the problem of influencing measurement accuracy of mass flowmeter was solved,and fair and just of measurement data was ensured.
