摘要
极度低温环境会对风机组性能造成破坏而使风电场的运行不稳定。分析极度低温可能会对风电场运行造成的影响;选取Vestas80-1800型号风电机作为研究对象,通过仿真实验来探究极度低温与风电场安全运行之间的关系。仿真结果表明:当叶片前缘无冰凌或存在少量冰凌时,风轮工作效率随轮毂高度处风速增加而增加,风速达到13 m·s^(-1)时会出现平缓状态,且风轮工作效率高达82%;若冰凌附着20%,则随着风速增加,风轮效率也会缓慢增加,当轮毂高度处的风速增加为15 m·s^(-1)时,风轮功率随风速增加而下降,且风轮最高工作效率为61%。当昼夜温差逐步增大时,非密集区域的电效应系数为55~95,而密集区域的电效应系数为50~70。在风电场电流稳定性分析中,当温差达到60℃时,电流可达到1.7 A,机组发电受到影响。可采取一定安全措施,为风电场在极度低温条件下的安全运行提供保障。
Extreme low temperature environments can cause damage to the performance of wind turbines and make the operation of wind farms unstable.This paper examines the impact of extreme low temperature on the safe operation of wind farms is analyzed.First,the possible impact of extreme low temperature on the operation of wind farm is analyzed,and then the Vestas80-1800 wind turbine is selected as the research object to explore the relationship between extreme low temperature and the safe operation of wind farms through simulation experiments.The simulation results show that when there is no ice or a small amount of ice on the leading edge of the blade,the working efficiency of the wind turbine will increase with the increase of the wind speed at the hub height,and a flat state will appear when the wind speed reaches 13 m·s^(-1),and the working effi-ciency of the wind turbine is as high as 82%.When the ice is attached by 20%,the wind turbine efficiency will increase slowly with the increase of wind speed.When the wind speed at the hub height increases to 15 m·s^(-1),the wind turbine power will de-crease with increase of the wind speed.At this moment,the maximum working efficiency of the wind turbine is 61%.When the temperature difference between day and night gradually increases,the electrical effect coefficient in non-dense areas is 55~95,while that in dense areas is 50~70.In the current stability analysis of the wind farm,when the temperature difference reaches 60℃,the current can reach 1.7 A,and the power generation of the unit is affected.Therefore,certain safety measures can be taken to provide a basic basis for the safe operation of the wind farm under low temperature conditions.
