摘要
文章通过了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)在国内近10年的研究热点和趋势,分析研究发展构架,为国内外研究者对AECOPD的进一步研究与应用提供参考。在CNKI数据库中,以“慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期”or“COPD急性加重期”or“AECOPD”为主题词进行检索;期刊来源为北大核心、CSSCI、CSCD;检索时间段为2012年1月至2022年6月。使用CiteSpace V软件对文献进行计量和可视化分析。结果表明,最终纳入有效文献651篇。发文量呈先增加后减少趋势,2016年发文量最多。稳定合作最多的是郝文东团队,发文量最多的机构是河南中医药大学,主要关键词有降钙素原、呼吸衰竭、炎症因子、无创通气等,关键词聚类标签共11类。研究热点主要是AECOPD的影响因素、研究热点、中医疗法等。AECOPD研究在我国仍有很大热度,研究范围不断扩大,领域不断细化。本领域寻求进一步发展还需整合研究力量,不断提高研究质量。
The article analyzes the research hotspots and trends of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)in China in the past decade,analyzes the research development framework,and provides reference for further research and application of AECOPD by domestic and foreign researchers.In the domestic database CNKI,the subject words were“acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease”or“acute exacerbation of COPD”or“AECOPD”.The journal sources are Peking University Core,CSSCI and CSCD;the retrieval period is from January 2012 to June 2022.CiteSpace V software was used for quantitative and visual analysis of literature.651 effective articles were included.The number of documents issue increased first and then decreased,with the largest number in 2016.The team with the most stable cooperation is Hao Wendong,and the organization with the most papers is Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The main keywords include procalcitonin,respiratory failure,inflammatory factors,non-invasive ventilation,etc.There are 11 categories of keyword cluster tags.Research hotspots mainly include the influencing factors,research hotspots and traditional Chinese medicine therapy of AECOPD.AECOPD research is still very popular in China,and the scope of research continues to expand and the field continues to refine.To seek further development in this field,it is necessary to integrate research forces and continuously improve research quality.
