摘要
作为区域经济社会发展人才培养摇篮、创新创业沃土,与乡村地缘关系最亲近的地方高校应承担起服务乡村振兴双创人才培养的使命。当前,地方高校在创新创业人才培养中面临着价值认同不强、目标定位不清、实践平台缺失、师资队伍薄弱等问题。本文提出,应深刻把握乡村振兴战略对双创人才的需求,通过构建“四个融合”双创人才培养机制,实施基于体验的“校村企协同”“四步联动”双创教学方法,搭建一体式乡村双创实践育人平台,培育高效能的双创师资队伍等路径,建设全方位协同双创教育生态体系,提高地方高校双创人才培养成效。
As the cradle of talent cultivation and fertile ground for innovation and entrepreneurship,local colleges and universities,which are closest to the countryside geopolitically,should shoulder the mission of serving the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents for rural revitalization.At present,local colleges and universities encountered the issues of weak value recognition,unclear target orientation,lack of practice platform and the shortage of faculty.To this end,the paper proposes that we should strive to meet the demand of innovation and entrepreneurship talents,construct“four integration”talents cultivation mechanism,expand“school-village-enterprise”collaboration and adopting“four-step linkage”experience-based teaching method,building an integrated practice platform,and cultivating a high-performance faculty,create a comprehensive and collaborative education ecosystem so as to enhance the effectiveness of talents cultivation.
