摘要
随着现代信息技术发展,养老产业有新的发展方向。智慧养老以物联网为中心,结合互联网、云计算、大数据和空间地理信息管理等技术提供的实时、快捷、高效、智能化的养老服务。山东省老年人口的数量居全国首位,“银发经济”有着巨大的市场发展潜力。本文通过对山东省智慧养老产业发展现状的分析,针对养老产品供需失衡、提供智慧养老服务的企业规模较小等问题,从企业层面提出扩大融资渠道,积累资金,优化智慧养老产品设计的解决思路;针对养老数据共享难度大、社会参与度低、智慧养老服务专业人才建设不足等问题,从政府层面提出继续加强顶层设计,加大智慧养老宣传力度,支持高校开设相关专业,鼓励社会人员参与培训,加强智慧养老专业人才队伍建设等具体建议。
With the advancement of modern information technology,smart senior care has emerged,which provides real-time,fast,efficient and intelligent service by means of the Internet of Things(IoT)and the Internet,cloud computing,big data and spatial geographic information management technologies.Shandong Province has the largest elderly population in China,thus has huge market potential for“silver economy”.Through the analysis of the current status,this paper proposes to expand financing channels,optimizing the design of smart senior care products under the perspective of enterprise in view of the issues of the mismatch between supply and demand of products and the small scale of enterprises providing smart senior care services;Under the perspective of the government,aiming at the issues of difficulty in sharing senior care data,insufficient social participation and the shortage of professional personnel,suggestions are put forward to strengthen top-level design,promote the publicity of smart senior care,support universities to set relevant majors,encourage social personnel to participate in training and accelerate the recruit of professional personnel.
