摘要
井漏是在油田开发过程中发生的钻井工程事故,是指钻井液大量漏入地层的现象。钻井施工时常遇到不同程度的井漏,针对不同的漏失原因选择合适的堵漏材料是解决井漏复杂的关键。本文通过对堵漏材料的形貌、粒度分布、长径比、摩擦系数以及抗压强度进行测量评价,为裂缝封堵设计出最优堵漏材料搭配方案,为现场钻井过程中快速筛选出应对不同宽度漏失裂缝的堵漏材料提供可靠的数据和技术支持。实验结果表明堵漏过程中应加入多种几何状态的堵漏材料,同时加入蛭石和云母等可变形堵漏材料可进一步提高地层承压能力。
Well loss is a drilling engineering accident in the process of oilfield development,which refers to the phenomenon that a large amount of drilling fluid leaks into the formation.Different degrees of leakage are often encountered in drilling operation.The key to solve the complex leakage problem is to select appropriate plugging materials according to different causes of leakage.In this paper,the morphology,particle size distribution,aspect ratio,friction coefficient and compressive strength of plugging materials were measured and evaluated,so as to design the optimal plugging material collocation scheme for fracture sealing,and provide reliable data and technical support for the rapid screening of plugging materials for different widths of leakage cracks in the field drilling process.The experimental results show that the pressure bearing capacity of formation can be further improved by adding plugging materials of various geometric states and deformable materials such as vermiculite and mica.
