摘要
建筑企业在进行项目工程的施工建设时,应当施行精细化的管理,使得工程的造价成本最小化,尽可能地减少费用的支出,以此来不断提高企业在建筑行业的市场竞争能力。现代化企业的发展过程中,精细化管理能够对传统工程的建设带来便利,能够弥补管理上存在的诸多漏洞,进而有效保障工程项目能够顺利实施。本文主要探究如何在建筑工程中合理应用精细化管理,以不断提高工程项目施工水平。
Construction enterprises should implement refined management when carrying out the construction of engineering projects,so as to minimize the cost of the project and reduce the expenditure as much as possible,thus continuously improving the market competitiveness of enterprises in the construction industry.In the development process of modern enterprises,refined management can bring convenience to the construction of traditional projects,make up for many loopholes in management,and effectively ensure the smooth implementation of engineering projects.This paper mainly explores how to rationally apply refined management in construction engineering to continuously improve the construction level of engineering projects.
