摘要
文章首先研究了新时代背景下的基层农村信息化特征,以及农村信息化对农民经济社会发展的影响,以北京市密云区农业农村经济为例,探讨了基层农村经济开展信息化工作中存在的困难,最后指出了北京市密云区农村信息化对农民经济社会发展影响的具体策略。旨在为北京市密云区农业发展发挥出更加积极的作用、以点制面供我国农业信息化带动基层农业经济发展提供参考。
This paper first studies the characteristics of grass-roots rural informatization under the background of the new era, as well as the impact of rural informatization on the economic and social development of farmers, and then takes the agricultural rural economy of Miyun District of Beijing as an example to discuss the difficulties existing in the informatization work of grass-roots rural economy. Finally, it points out the specific strategies of the influence of rural informatization on the economic and social development of farmers in Miyun District. The purpose is to play a more positive role for agricultural development in Miyun district of Beijing and provide reference for Chinese agricultural informatization driving agricultural economic development at the grass-roots level by using point system.
