摘要
临床医学生医学科研能力的培养非常重要。我国医疗卫生事业亟需培养出医学科学研究及创新型人才。该文通过对南通大学医学院本科生进行科研基本素养及需求的调研,发现科研意识薄弱、创新思维能力缺乏、科研知识与技能缺乏是当下临床医学专业本科生科研素养的现状。通过分析研究学习著名高校本科生培养经验,在其基础上提出针对学生需求制订“医学科研”系列课程。将医学统计学、医学科研方法和文献检索及文献导读、科学家讲科研、科研制图及文章撰写等几门课整合成一门综合课程。通过科研小组制度,引导对科研有兴趣的学生加入科研兴趣小组,并通过提出问题、分析问题、设计解决方案和小组合作解决问题等部分,积极激发学生的科研兴趣,建立科研思维,全方位促进学生科研能力发展。
Medical research ability training for clinical medical students is very important.Medical and health undertakings need to train medical scientific research and innovative talents.Through the investigation of the basic scientific research literacy and needs of the undergraduates of Nantong University,we found that the weak scientific research awareness,the lack of innovative thinking ability,and the lack of scientific research knowledge and skills are the current status of scientific research literacy of undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine.Through analysis of the undergraduate training experience of famous universities,we propose to formulate a series of"medical scientific research"courses according to the needs of students.The courses of medical statistics,medical research methods and literature retrieval and literature introduction,scientists teaching scientific research,scientific research mapping and article writing are integrated into a comprehensive course.Through the scientific research group system,students who are interested in scientific research are guided to join the scientific research group,and the links such as asking questions,analyzing problems,and solving problems in groups,actively guide students'scientific research interests,and comprehensively promote the development of students'scientific research ability.
