单段半自磨工艺设计研究

摘要 针对某冶炼厂堆存的几十年自然冷却炼铜炉渣存在的炉型复杂、有用组分嵌布粒度细、含有部分难碎难磨冰铜块和铜皮及建筑垃圾的问题,对炉渣的相关碎磨参数进行了研究。结合后续选别工艺要求,经方案比选最终确定采用单段半自磨工艺,并对单段半自磨工艺效率的影响因素进行了分析,从工艺操作参数、磨机结构等方面提出了相应的解决措施。 Aiming at the problems of complex furnace type,fine dissemination of useful components,some refractory crushing and grinding matte blocks,copper skin and construction waste in the natural cool⁃ing copper smelting slag of a smelter for decades,the relevant grinding parameters of slag were studied.Combined with the subsequent selection process requirements,the single-stage semi-autogenous grinding process was finally determined through scheme comparison,and the influencing factors of the single-stage semi-autogenous grinding process efficiency were analyzed.The corresponding solutions were proposed from the aspects of process operation parameters and mill structure.
