摘要
目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进患者,超声二维斑点追踪显像对其左心房功能早期改变的评价。方法选取我院甲状腺功能亢进患者60例为观察组,同期选择体检健康者60例为对照组,测量二尖瓣舒张早期血流速度峰值与晚期血流速度峰值的比值(E/A)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心房收缩末期容积(LAVS)、左心房P容积(LAVP)、左心房舒张末期容积(LAVD)、左心房主动射血分数(LAAEF)左心房被动射血分数(LAPEF)。应用二维斑点追踪显像技术检测全部观察对象;分析两组的STI技术指标测量左心室舒张早期左心房峰值变形率(SRe)、左心室收缩期左心房峰值变形率(SRs)、左心室舒张晚期左心房峰值变形率(SRa)。结果观察组的LAVp指标明显增高,而LAAEF、LAPEF明显减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组的sRa、sRe明显增高,而sRs明显减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声二维斑点追踪成像技术对早期评估甲状腺亢进患者左心房功能受损具有较好的价值。
Objective To observe the effect of two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging on left atrial function in hyperthyroidism. Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,80 patients with hyperthyroidism diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study group, and 80 healthy people from physical examination were selected as the study control group at the same time. The left atrial function and left atrial volume of all subjects were measured by two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging technology, the STI technical indicators of the two groups i.e., global radial strain(GRL), global area strain(GAL), global circumferential strain(GCS), and global longitudinal strain(GLS) were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the indexes of LAV_(p), LAVmin and LAVmax in the study group increased significantly, while, LAAEF and LAPEF decreased significantly(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, sRa and sRe in the study group increased significantly, while, sRs decreased significantly(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the STI global radial strain(GRL), global area strain(GAL), global circumferential strain(GCS), and global longitudinal strain(GLS) of the study group were significantly reduced(P<0.05). Conclusion Two dimensional speckle tracking imaging for hyperthyroidism can evaluate the overall strain rate of left atrium in late ventricular diastole, early ventricular diastole and ventricular systole, which has high clinical application value.
