摘要
本文对枣庄矿业集团七五煤业公司的科技创新管理工作现状以及存在问题进行了研究分析,通过采取建立特色自主创新体系等常规措施外还积极探索利用企业自筹、申请政府扶持资金等多种方式,拓宽创新投入融资渠道,建立科技创新发展成长基金等创新性举措,减少企业经费烦恼,实现企业健康稳定发展。
This paper studies and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of scientific and technological innovation management in Qiwu Coal Industry Company of Zaozhuang Mining Group.In addition to taking conventional measures such as establishing a characteristic independent innovation system,it also actively explores and utilizes various ways such as enterprise self financing and applying for government support funds to broaden innovative investment and financing channels,establish scientific and technological innovation development and growth funds and other innovative measures to reduce the financial worries of enterprises,to achieve healthy and stable development of enterprises.
