采空区地面充填材料选择的探讨

摘要 为解决煤矿开采过程中形成采空区,对生态环境造成巨大破坏的问题,通过分析风积沙和粉煤灰作为充填材料,对风积沙的粒径分布、堆积密度及含水率做了相应的物理学性质测试,在工程实践中对风积沙和粉煤灰按照一定比例进行调配实验。注浆效果较好的配比为水固比为0.5:1,灰砂比5:5及灰砂比7:13时,浆液密度为1.6 t/m3。 In order to solve the problem of huge damage to the ecological environment caused by the goaf formed during coal mining process,the size distribution,stacking density,and rate of water content of aeolian sand are tested by analyzing the use of aeolian sand and fly ash as filling materials.In engineering practice,experiments are conducted on the allocation of aeolian sand and fly ash in a certain proportion.The ratio with better grouting effect is a water solid ratio of 0.5:1,when the ash sand ratio is 5:5 and the ash sand ratio is 7:13,the slurry density is 1.6 t/m3.
