摘要
中国共产党的伟大之处不在于不犯错误,而在于犯了错误之后能够及时地发现错误、承认错误、改正错误。在建党百年历史进程中,中国共产党人探索出了跳出治乱兴衰历史周期率的“两个答案”——民主监督和自我革命:民主监督通过外部向党内提出建议和批评,促使中国共产党保持自身先进性;自我革命则强调通过刀刃向内加强党的自身建设;二者统一于跳出历史周期率的伟大实践过程中。中国共产党在特定历史条件下探索出的跳出历史周期率的“两个答案”在新时代仍具有重要的实践意义。
The greatness of the Communist Party of China lies not in its absence of mistakes,but in its ability to promptly recognize,acknowledge and correct them.Throughout the one hundred years of the CPC’s history,the Chinese Communists have explored“two answers”to break away from the historical periodic rate of prosperity and decline,namely democratic supervision and self-revolution.Democratic supervision promotes the CPC to maintain its advanced nature by putting forward suggestions and criticism to the party from the outside,while self-revolution emphasizes to strengthen the party’s self-construction from the inside through the knife edge,both of which are unified in the great practice process of breaking out of the historical periodic rate.The“two answers”that the Party has explored under specific historical conditions to break away from historical periodic rate have significant practical implications in the new era.
