摘要
为明确不同营养液配方对娃娃菜育苗的影响,以四季、金娃娃和红芯娃娃菜为试验材料,研究了园试配方、荷兰配方和霍格兰德配方娃娃菜苗期各生长指标和营养品质的差异。结果表明,园试配方可以促进娃娃菜根系的生长,根系长达17.33 cm,分别是荷兰配方与霍格兰德配方下娃娃菜根长的1.49倍和1.60倍;霍格兰德配方下娃娃菜的叶长、叶宽、叶片数、株高、茎粗、根鲜质量、茎叶鲜质量最高,分别为6.99 cm、4.31 cm、6.44片、10.93 cm、2.06 cm、2.56 g、25.94 g,说明霍格兰德配方可明显促进娃娃菜地上部形态的发育。经二因素方差分析,荷兰配方下娃娃菜的维生素C含量极显著高于其他营养液配方;园试配方下娃娃菜的可溶性糖含量和叶绿素含量均极显著高于其他营养液配方。金娃娃的叶长、叶宽、叶片数、株高、茎粗、根鲜质量、茎叶鲜质量均高于其他2个娃娃菜品种,分别为7.57 cm、4.83 cm、7.22片、10.66 cm、2.22 cm、2.99 g、32.33 g;且其维生素C含量、可溶性糖含量以及叶绿素含量均优于其他2个娃娃菜品种。测定了12个生长和生理指标,采用隶属函数法综合分析,发现金娃娃最适宜营养液栽培,且霍格兰德配方是娃娃菜高质高产栽培的最佳营养液配方。
To study the effects of nutrient solution formula on the breeding of baby cabbage from Garden trial formula,Dutch formula and Hoagland formula,the growth index and nutritional quality were investigated in three baby cabbage cultivars(Four Seasons,Golden baby and Red core).The results were as follows:Garden trial formula could significantly promote the growth of root with root-length of up to 17.33 cm.Compared with Dutch formula and Hoagland formula,the root length of Garden trial formula were increased 1.49 times and 1.60 times,respectively.The leaf length(6.99 cm),leaf width(4.31 cm),leaf number(6.44 leaves),plant height(10.93 cm),stem diameter(2.06 cm),root fresh weight(2.56 g)and shoot fresh weight(25.94 g)of Hoagland formula were higher than other two nutrient solution formula,which indicated that Hoagland formula could effectively promote the aboveground growth of baby cabbage.The content of vitamin C in Dutch formula was extremely significantly higher than that in other formulas,and the content of soluble sugar and chlorophyll were extremely significantly higher than that in other formulas.The leaf length,leaf width,leaf number,plant height,stem diameter,root fresh weight and shoot fresh weight of Golden baby were 7.57 cm,4.83 cm,7.22 leaves,10.66 cm,2.22 cm,2.99 g and 32.33 g respectively,which were higher than other two baby cabbage cultivars.The nutritional quality of Golden baby were also superior to other two baby cabbage cultivars.In this study,the results of comprehensive analysis with 12 growth index and nutritional quality were carried out by membership function method,which showed that Golden baby was the best cultivar for nutrient solution culture,and the best nutrient solution formula was Hoagland formula.
