摘要
发动机起动回路线束连接起动机、蓄电池、起动继电器、点火开关等部件,线束的合理选用是车辆起动性能重要的影响因素。研究主回路和控制回路线束选取的要求,提出两个回路线束的选用推荐标准,最终达到既保证车辆的起动性能,又避免起动机、蓄电池等零部件的可靠性降低的目的。
Engine starting loop wiring harness is connected with starter,battery,starting relay,ignition switch and other components,Reasonable selection of wire harness is an important factor affecting vehicle starting performance.The requirements of main loop and control loop harness selection are researched,and the recommended standards for the selection of two loop wiring harnesses are proposed,Finally,the purpose of ensuring the starting performance of the vehicle and avoiding the reliability reduction of the starter,battery and other parts is achieved.
