摘要
家蚕(Bombyx mori)是鳞翅目昆虫的模式生物,可通过自身先天性免疫系统来抵御病原物的侵害。抗菌蛋白是家蚕先天性免疫反应的重要效应因子,在农业和医药等领域具有重要的应用价值。概述了家蚕体液免疫因子抗菌肽、凝集素、溶菌酶和蛋白酶抑制剂等在抵御病原物方面的研究进展,并对其应用前景进行分析和展望,以期为家蚕抗菌蛋白的深入研究和开发应用提供参考。
Bombyx mori is a model organism of Lepidoptera insects,which can resist the invasion of pathogens through its own innate immune system.Antibacterial proteins are important effectors of silkworm innate immune response,and have important application value in agriculture,medicine and other fields.In this paper,the research progress of antibacterial peptides,lectins,lysozyme and protease inhibitors in silkworm humoral immune factors against pathogens was summarized.In addition,its application prospect was analyzed and prospected.It is expected to provide reference for further research,development and application of antibacterial protein in silkworm.
