摘要
目的了解本科实习护生遭受工作场所暴力的真实体验,为管理者制定针对性的应对措施提供理论依据。方法采用目的抽样方法,于2020年9月至2021年3月对广州市4家三级甲等综合医院遭受过实习场所暴力的12名本科实习护生进行半结构式访谈,访谈结束后,24h内对照录音记录形成文字文件,并对所获得的资料采用Colaizzi七步分析法进行归纳、整理和分析。结果提炼了2个主题:主题1消极体验,主要表现在负性情绪影响、自我效能受损、专业认同感降低和容忍回避;主题2积极体验,主要表现在自我反思、积极沟通、理解接受和寻求帮助。结论暴力对护生造成了积极和消极影响,护生在面对不同的施暴源会采取不同的应对方式。建议管理者和教育者在本科实习护生遭受工作场所暴力后应及时加强对护生的心理安抚,从积极心理学的角度进行正面引导,同时加强护生操作技能和沟通技巧的培训,以减少护生工作场所暴力的发生。
Objective To investigate the experience of undergraduate nursing interns in violence at internship sites so as to provide theoretical basis for administrators to formular specific countermeasures.Methods The objective sampling method was employed to conduct semi-structured telephone interviews with 12 undergraduate nursing interns who were victims of violence at internship sites in four tertiary hospitals in Guangzhou from September 2020 to March 2021.Telephone interviews were transcribed into texts within 24 hours after the completion of interviews.Colaizzi seven-step content analysis was used to summarise,sort out and analyse the obtained data.Results In terms of the experience of violence against undergraduate nursing interns at internship sites,two themes were extracted:Postive expenence included negative emotions impact,impaired self-efficacy,reduced professional identity,and tolerance and avoidance.Negative experience included active communication,compliance and acceptance,self-reflection promotion,and seeking help.Conclusions Violence has either positive or negative effects on undergraduate nursing interns.Undergraduate nursing interns can adopt different coping styles when facing violence from different sources.It is suggested that nursing administrators and educators should improve the professional quality and teaching quality of teaching staff in nursing,and strengthen the psychological comfort of undergraduate nursing interns after being the subject of violence;besides provide positive guidance from the perspective of positive psychology.Meanwhile,the training in skills of operation and communication among undergraduate nursing interns should be strengthened to prevent the occurrence of violence.
