摘要
放射性肺损伤(radiation-induced lung injury,RILI)的发病率高,防治困难,细胞死亡是其发生过程中关键的病理过程。电离辐射直接损伤细胞DNA造成的细胞凋亡被认为是RILI中细胞死亡的主要方式,通过P62-Keap1-NRF2信号通路调控细胞的铁死亡在RILI的发生发展过程中发挥作用。射线可以诱导细胞形成经典炎性小体,引起细胞自身焦亡,导致RILI。这些新发现都为RILI新药开发提供了新的思路。
Radiation-induced lung injury(RILI)is one of the common side effects of radiotherapy for lung cancer.Cell death is an important pathological process in RILI.Apoptosis induced by single or double strands breaks of DNA,which induced by ionizing radiation is the main mode of cell death in RILI.Through P62-Keap1-NRF2 signaling pathway,the ferroptosis of cells is regulated,which also plays a role in the occurrence and development of RILI.X-ray can also induce form classic inflammatory corpuscles to cells,which can induce their own cells to pyroptosis and cause RILI.All of these provide new ideas for the development of new drugs for RILI.
