基于STM32的电化学氧分析仪的研究与设计

摘要 气体分析仪的研究主要围绕污染气体排放和瓦斯爆炸等领域,研究方法和检测技术比较成熟,但在电力传输、医疗和潜水等众多领域,氧气分析仪的需求越来越迫切,该文针对现有电化学氧气传感器存在的温漂大、使用寿命短,测量误差大的问题,基于STM32硬件平台,通过恒温控制室、精密信号处理电路、大气压对比传感电路和软件部分的研究,完成了一款新型氧分析仪的设计,经过实验测试,该分析仪线性误差小于4%RS,24小时漂移误差绝对值小于1.5%FS,温漂系数小,稳定性好,应用广泛。 The research of gas sensors mainly focuses on the fields of pollutant gas emission and gas explosion.The research methods and detection technologies are relatively mature.However,in many fields such as power transmission,medical treatment and diving,the demand for oxygen sensors is becoming more and more urgent.Aiming at the problems of large temperature drift,short service life and large measurement error existing in existing electrochemical oxygen sensors,based on STM32 hardware platform,through the constant temperature control room.The research of precision signal processing circuit,atmospheric pressure contrast sensing circuit and software part has completed the design of a new type of oxygen sensor.Through experimental testing,the linear error of the sensor is about 4%RS,the 24-hour drift error is about 1.5%FS,the temperature drift coefficient is small,the stability is good,and the sensor is widely used.
