摘要
全民健康管理工程是中国工程院重大战略咨询项目,组织体系研究作为本工程子课题《全民健康管理工程组织体系及全民共建共享》的研究内容之一,在学术界逐渐引起重视。通过梳理社会组织分类、功能及其特征,总结国内外各个社会组织参与健康管理、公共卫生的举措,评价社会组织保障功能,总结出国际研究在健康管理方面范围更广,国内研究在公共卫生领域更加深入。展望未来在宏观、中观、微观层面的研究重点,建立健全全民健康管理工程社会组织体系,实现民众“不生病、少生病、晚生病、不得大病”的目标。
The National Health Management project is a major strategic consulting project of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.As one of the research contents of the subproject of the project,the organizational system of the National Health Management Project and the Joint construction and sharing of the whole People,has gradually attracted attention in the academic circle.By sorting out the classification,functions and characteristics of social organizations,summarizing and analyzing the domestic and foreign social organizations'participation in health management and public health initiatives,and evaluating the social organizations'security functions,it is concluded that the international research has a wider scope in health management,and the domestic research has a deeper depth in the field of public health.Looking into the future research priorities at the macro,meso and micro levels,we should establish and improve the social organization system of the national health management project,so as to realize the goal of not getting sick,getting sick less,getting sick later and not getting seriously ill".
