摘要
本文提出企业应结合技术和业务特点,应用数字技术从CAD(计算机辅助设计)到BIM、大数据算法、设计成果数字交付、全生命周期数据融通方向,以数字化管理系统、数字化服务方式、数字化技术平台、数字化业务模式、数字化人才建设和数字化组织为建设路径,逐步实现数字化转型;从而主导工程全要素、全生命周期、全产业链、全过程的整体谋划,推动和实现建筑业的高质量发展生态。
This paper proposes that enterprises should apply digital technology from CAD(Computer Aided Design)to BIM,big data algorithm,digital delivery of design results,and data integration in the whole life cycle,and gradually realize Digital transformation by taking digital management system,digital service mode,digital technology platform,digital business model,digital talent construction,and digital organization as the construction path;Thus leading the overall planning of the entire elements,lifecycle,industry chain,and process of the project,promoting and realizing the high-quality development ecology of the construction industry.
