摘要
针对西安地铁10号线跨泾河大桥超长钢管围堰施工面临的砂卵石层沉桩困难、高水头差对围堰的刚度要求高、沉桩精度控制难等问题,采取加工处理锁扣钢管桩、改进钢管桩定位方法、引孔辅助钢管桩下沉、结合渗水情况制定开挖方案、施工承台混凝土圈梁等措施,高质量地完成了围堰施工。总结的经验可供类似地质条件下锁扣钢管桩围堰的施工中借鉴。
In view of the difficulties of pile sinking in sandy gravel layer,high stiffness requirement for cofferdam due to high water head difference,and difficult control of pile sinking accuracy in the construction of super-long steel pipe cofferdam of Xi'an Metro Line 10 Bridge across Jinghe River,the cofferdam construction was completed with high quality by adopting measures such as processing lock buckled steel pipe piles,improving the positioning method of steel pipe piles,pilot holes to assist the sinking of steel pipe pile,formulating the excavation scheme according to the water seepage situation,and constructing the concrete ring beam of the bearing platform.The summarized experience can be used as reference for the construction of lock buckled steel pipe pile cofferdam under similar geological conditions.
