摘要
相较于传统钢筋桁架混凝土叠合板,混凝土肋板因其混凝土肋的作用,具有更高的承载力和抗弯刚度,对其免支撑施工方面的研究具有较高价值。通过理论计算与现场堆载试验相结合的方式,对混凝土肋板在施工阶段荷载作用下的受力性能进行验算与检测,并根据结果调整混凝土肋板设计参数,直至满足免支撑的各项性能要求,确定最终设计方案。配合以生产及施工环节的多项保障措施,实现了混凝土肋板免支撑在仓储厂房项目的落地应用。
Compared with the traditional steel bar truss concrete composite slab,the concrete ribbed slab has higher bearing capacity and flexural stiffness due to the role of concrete ribs,and the research on its bracing-free construction is of high value.Through the combination of theoretical calculation and field stacking load test,the mechanical properties of concrete ribbed slab under the action of construction load are checked and tested,and the design parameters of concrete ribbed slab are adjusted according to the results until the performance requirements of bracing-free are met,and the final design scheme is determined.With a number of safeguard measures in production and construction links,the successful application of bracing-free concrete ribbed slab in warehouse plant project has been realized.
