辽宁省水资源承载力时空演变及耦合协调分析 被引量:3

摘要 从水资源、社会、经济和生态4个子系统中选取18项使用频率较高的指标构建评价体系,然后利用博弈论最优策略离差极小化处理IAHP法和CRITIC法计算的参评指标主、客观权重,采用TOPSIS模型及耦合协调度揭示了辽宁省各辖区水资源承载力时空演变特征。结果表明:除本溪、丹东、大连、辽阳、鞍山、抚顺、沈阳、葫芦岛达到Ⅱ级承载良好等级外,其他各地市均达到Ⅲ级濒临超载等级,全省水资源承载力总体达到良好等级;各子系统之间的耦合协调度随着水资源开发利用率的提高逐渐提升,水资源系统抗压能力不断增强。 Eighteen indexes with high frequency of use were selected from the 4 sub-systems of water resources,society,economy and ecology to construct an evaluation system.Then,the optimal deviation strategy of game theory was used to minimize the principal and objective weights of evaluation indexes calculated by IAHP method and CRITIC method.TOPSIS model and coupling coordination degree were used to reveal the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of water resources carrying capacity in Liaoning Province.The results show that:except Benxi,Dandong,Dalian,Liaoyang,Anshan,Fushun,Shenyang and Huludao,which reach the good level of classⅡ,all other cities reach the levelⅢnear overload level,and the water resources carrying capacity of the whole province reaches the good level.With the improvement of the utilization rate of water resources development,the coupling coordination degree among the subsystems is gradually improved,and the stress resistance capacity of the water resources system is constantly enhanced.
