响应面分析法在职业教育课程中药化学技术实验中的应用

摘要 为了探索响应面分析法在职业教育中的适用性,应用该分析方法以槐米中芦丁的提取率为响应值,设计了一个三因素三水平实验,探究超声辅助提取反应条件中超声时间、料液比、pH值各因素对提取率的影响,并将得到的最优化实验条件应用于职业教育高职中药化学技术实验课程教学。响应面分析法引入到高职教育中药化学技术课程实验中,可以对实验的反应条件进行优化,成本降低;帮助学生理解实验设计的方法,形成一种科学的实验设计思维。 The applicability of response surface analysis method in vocational education was explored.With the extraction rate of rutin in sophora japonica as the response value,a three-factor and three-level experiment was designed to explore the effects of ultrasonic time,solid-liquid ratio and pH value on the extraction rate in ultrasonic-assisted extraction reaction conditions.The obtained optimal experimental conditions were applied to the teaching of experiment of Traditional Chinese Medicine Chemistry Technology in vocational education.The response surface analysis method was introduced into the experiment of Traditional Chinese Medicine Chemistry Technology course in higher vocational education,which could optimize the reaction conditions of the experiment and reduce the experimental cost,help students understand the method of experimental design,form a scientific experimental design thinking.
