摘要
针对气化炉的煤粉给料罐中气固两相流态化输送过程的时空迁移规律,以气固两相流数学模型和CPFD方法为基础,借助数值模拟软件Barracuda,对给料罐进行建模和流体力学计算,探讨了煤粉颗粒固相流动特征,考察了给料罐出口速度分布特征。同事对于给料罐的输送管线结构的影响进行了探讨和优化,为生产装置的技术改造的可行性提供了理论评判依据。
Based on the mathematical model of gas-solid two-phase flow and CPFD method,the numerical simulation software Barracuda was used to model and calculate the fluid mechanics of the feeding tank.The solid phase flow characteristics of pulverized coal particles were discussed,and the outlet velocity distribution characteristics of the feeding tank were investigated.Colleagues discussed and optimized the influence of the pipeline structure of the feeding tank,which provided a theoretical basis for the feasibility of the technical transformation of the production device.
