摘要
针对核电厂500kV GIS地刀机构因接触器故障而操作失效的问题,将接触器样本进行了电气检查和解体检查,分析导致接触器故障的直接原因。通过对接触器样本各部位放大后观察比较,并借助FE-SEM(EDX)表面材料元素分析手段,找到了导致接触器故障的根本原因,提出了改进措施并实施。实践证明这些改进措施是切实有效的。
In view of the operation failure of 500 kV GIS earthing switch mechanism due to contactor failure in nuclear power plant,electrical inspection and disintegration inspection of contactor samples were carried out to analyze the direct cause of contactors failure.Based on the observation and comparison of different parts of contactor samples and the analysis of surface material elements by FE-SEM(EDX),the root cause of contactors failure was found.Improvement measures were proposed and implemented.Practice has proved that these improvement measures are practical and effective.
