摘要 铣镗床高速主轴作为机床的核心部件,直接影响机床的工作效率和工作性能。分别运用SolidWorks建模软件和ANSYS软件对TK6916数控铣镗床高速主轴结构进行运动学及静力学分析,以获取其刚度,并进行优化设计。 As the core component of machine tool,high speed spindle of milling and boring machine directly affects the working efficiency and performance of machine tool.SolidWorks modeling software and ANSYS software were used to analyze the highspeed spindle structure of TK6916 CNC milling and boring machine kinematically and statically,so as to obtain its stiffness,and optimize the design.
