盾构滚刀性能检测研究现状及发展趋势 被引量:1

摘要 盾构/隧道掘进机(Tunnel Boring Machine,TBM)刀盘的关键核心部件刀具,直接影响掘进能力和作业效率。但是,目前刀具检测评价技术发展滞后,相关检测设备缺失,性能检测评价方法不统一。通过对现有盾构滚刀耐磨性、密封性、承载力等检测技术的应用情况和局限性展开分析,探讨滚刀性能检测技术未来的发展方向,提出应聚焦可进行量化评价的规范化、标准化检测和评价方法,结合工程应用的检测需求,构建可实现多参量数据获取的检测装备和平台,有效指导刀具生产、选用与维护。 As the key and core component of shield/Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM)cutterhead,the cutting tool directly affects the tunneling capacity and operation efficiency.However,at present,the development of cutting tool detection and evaluation technology lags behind,the relevant testing equipment is missing,and the performance detection and evaluation methods in the industry are not unified.This paper briefly describes the application and limitations of the existing testing technology of shield hob’s wear resistance,tightness and bearing capacity,and discusses the future development direction of hob performance testing technology.The research should focus on the standardized and standardized detection and evaluation methods that can be evaluated quantitatively.Combining with the detection requirements of engineering applications,the testing equipment and platform that can realize multi parameter data acquisition,and effectively guide the production,selection and maintenance of tools should be constructed.
