摘要
以AVP100阀门定位器为研究对象,保留其机械结构,由上位机代替智能控制模块。结合AETS型调节阀搭建实验平台,自主设计模糊控制算法,对系统正(阀门开度全关到全开)、反(阀门开度全开到全关)两个行程,以间隔10%的开度为变化条件,分别采集系统输出特性曲线并进行对比分析。
With AVP100 valve positioner as the research object,its mechanical structure is retained,and the intelligent control module is replaced by the upper computer.The experimental platform was built in combination with the AETS type regulating valve,and the fuzzy control algorithm was designed independently.The forward(fully open to fully open)and reverse(fully open to fully closed)strokes of the system were collected respectively with the opening degree of 10%as the change,and the output characteristic curve of the system was analyzed.
