摘要
规范培训的住院医师是我国未来医学、科研和教学的主力军,其科研诚信教育迫在眉睫。为探讨住院医师规范化培训中科研诚信与作风的建设,广东省韶关市粤北人民医院在组织建设、制度、警示督导和开展住培医师科研诚信教育几方面采取了一系列措施,建设科研诚信长效机制,以期为同行提供参考。
The standard training of resident physicians is the main force of medicine,scientific research and teaching in the future,and its scientific research integrity education is urgent.In order to explore the construction of scientific research integrity and style in the standardized training of resident doctors,the hospital has taken a series of measures from the aspects of organizational construction,system,warning and supervision,and carrying out the scientific research integrity education of resident doctors,so as to build a long-term mechanism of scientific research integrity,in order to provide reference for peers.
