新时代背景下黄河文化外宣翻译策略研究

摘要黄河文化作为中华民族的根和魂,是中华文明的核心内容。新时代探讨中华优秀传统文化的继承与发扬,势必绕不开黄河文化传播的议题。其中,外宣翻译是“引进来,走出去”文化传播背景下带领其走出去的先锋力量,可以全面展示悠久的黄河文化。纵观当前黄河文化外宣翻译现状,发现黄河文化外宣翻译存在一些问题,包括语言内错误与语言外错误,在此研究的基础上,该文提出黄河文化外宣翻译应坚持外宣材料适宜和读者本位的原则,同时也应当关注传播媒介与传播效果。该文基于新时代背景,从黄河文化的外宣翻译现状出发,尝试对黄河文化外宣翻译策略进行构建,以期为黄河文化传播做出贡献,增强中国文化软实力。 The Yellow River culture is the core content of Chinese civilization and the root and soul of the Chinese nation.To explore the inheritance and development of China's excellent traditional culture in the new era,it is inevitable to explore the spread of the Yellow River culture.In the cultural output of"bringing in and going out",international publicity translation is the vanguard force leading the going out,which can comprehensively display the long-standing Yellow River culture.According to study on the current situation of yellow river cultural international publicity translation,it is found that there are some problems in the external propaganda translation of Yellow River culture,including errors in language and errors outside the language.On the basis of this research,this paper proposes that the International publicity translation of Yellow River culture should adhere to the principle of appropriateness of international publicity materials and reader-oriented,and should also pay attention to the importance of communication media and communication effects.Based on the background of the new era,starting from the current situation of the publicity and translation of the Yellow River culture,this paper attempts to construct the publicity and translation strategy of the Yellow River culture,in order to make contributions to the dissemination of the Yellow River culture and enhance the soft power of Chinese culture.
