摘要
目的探索用于治疗下胫腓联合损伤的新型复位工具,以降低下胫腓联合复位不良的发生率。方法初步观察腓骨目标骨段解剖形态,然后测量目标骨段外侧面不同截面的曲线饱满值(RHO值),统计分析获得最佳拟合值,使用该数据3D打印络合座。将络合座、万向装置、环式复位钳组装便为组合式下胫腓复位夹具。最后观察组合式复位夹具与干性腓骨的贴合情况。结果目标骨段截面形态多数呈椭圆形和逗点形,少数呈三角形和四边形。RHO值与性别、侧别无显著性差异。组别间样本对于截面RHO值全部均呈现出显著性差异。观察络合座与干性腓骨目标骨段外侧面贴合情况,良好组占比90%以上,优秀组占比63.3%。结论新型的组合式下胫腓联合复位夹具与干性腓骨服帖性好,具有重要的研究意义及应用前景。
Objective To explore a novel bone holding reduction forcep for the treatment of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury,so as to reduce the incidence of poor distal tibiofibular syndesmosis reduction.Methods The anatomical morphology of the fibula target bone segment was preliminarily observed,and then the curve fullness value(RHO value)of different sections on the lateral surface of the target bone segment was measured,and the fit value was obtained by statistical analysis,and the complex seat was 3D printed using these data.The complex seat,universal device,and ring reset forceps were assembled into the combined distal tibiofibular reduction device.Finally,the fit of the combined reduction device on the dry fibula was observed.Results Most of the cross-sectional morphology of the target bone segment was oval and comma-shaped,and a few were triangular and quadrilateral.There was no significant difference in RHO value with sex or side.All cross-sectional RHO values varied significantly between groups.The fit between the complex seat and the lateral surface of the dry fibula target bone segment was observed,and the above proportion was good,of which 63.3%was excellent.Conclusion The good group accounted for more than 90%,and the excellent group accounted for 63.3%.Conclusion The bone holding reduction forcep has a good fit with dry fibula,which has important research significance and application prospects.
