摘要
【目的】研究定向培养波吉卵囊藻(Oocystis borgei)的养殖水体对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)早期生长性能、抗氧化能力及肠道微生物的影响,为波吉卵囊藻在对虾健康养殖中的应用提供基础。【方法】以消毒海水中接种波吉卵囊藻为实验组,以未接种的为对照组进行凡纳滨对虾养殖。将凡纳滨对虾幼虾随机分配到实验组及对照组养殖桶中,养殖20 d后测定对虾生长性能指标,解剖取肝胰腺和鳃测定抗氧化指标,取肠道进行微生物多样性测定和分析。【结果】1)定培波吉卵囊藻对凡纳滨对虾增重率和特定生长率无显著影响(P>0.05),但显著提高了对虾的肝体比(P<0.05);2)与对照组相比,实验组对虾肝胰腺和鳃中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)极显著提高(P<0.01),鳃中的谷胱甘肽(GSH)和酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性也有显著升高(P<0.05);3)与对照组相比,实验组对虾肠道菌群的Shannon和Chao 1指数显著降低(P<0.05),肠道中变形菌门丰度显著降低(P<0.05),有益菌红杆菌科丰度增加,有害弧菌属含量降低。【结论】在养殖水体中培养波吉卵囊藻可提高凡纳滨对虾早期的肝体比,增加抗氧化能力,调节肠道菌群组成,减少有害弧菌含量。
【Objective】To evaluate the effects of Oocystis borgei inoculated in shrimp aquaculture water on growth performance,antioxidant capacity and intestinal microflora of Litopenaeus vannamei,with the aim to set a foundation for healthy culture of shrimp.【Method】L.vannamei cultured with and without O.borgei in the water were selected as the experimental and the control group,respectively.Three culture replicates were set in each group.Larvae of L.vannamei(initial body length is 2.68±0.29 cm,and initial body masss is 0.35±0.02 g)were randomly assigned to 1000 L culture buckets containing 800 L microalgal water(inoculation concentration 3.6×10^(4)cell/L)or sterilized seawater.After 20 days of culture,the growth performance of L.vannamei was measured.The hepatopancreas and gills of L.vannamei were dissected to determine antioxidant indexes,and the intestinal microflora diversity was measured and analyzed.【Result】1)Culture of O.borgei had no significant effects on weight gain rate and specific growth rate of L.vannamei(P>0.05),but significantly increased the hepatosomatic ratio of L.vannamei(P<0.05).2).Compared with the control group,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in hepatopancreas and gills of experimental group were extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),and glutathione(GSH)and acid phosphatase(ACP)activities in gills of experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,Shannon index and Chao 1 index of intestinal microflora were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the abundance of Proteobacteria was significantly decreased(P<0.05)in the experimental group.Compared with the control group,the abundance of beneficial bacteria Rhodobacteraceae was increased,while the content of harmful Vibrio was decreased in the experimental group.【Conclusion】The inoculation of O.borgei in culture water can improve the hepatosomatic ratio,increase the antioxidant capacity,regulate the composition and structure of intestinal microf
