锅炉风烟系统烟气回流隔断方案研究与应用

摘要 现阶段锅炉风烟系统中使用的单百叶窗或双百叶窗式挡板风门,已无法在大风压、大截面的系统中起到密闭效果,特别是在“引增合一系统”技改后许多企业锅炉都发生了风机出口挡板关闭不严而引起的烟气回流。针对此种现象,创新的使用了气动直角关断门,保证了风烟系统密封性,彻底解决了系统不严导致的设备、人员、机组安全隐患。 The air and flue system of boilers commonly uses a single shutter or double shutter type baffle gates,which has been unable to keep airtight with systems of large wind pressure or large cross-section,especially after the technical reform of"integration of IDF and BF",many boilers have occurred that the fan exit baffle was not closed,leading to the flue gas reflux.In response to this phenomenon,the innovative use of pneumatic right-angle cut-off gate ensures the sealing of the air and flue system and completely solves the hidden dangers of equipment,personnel and unit safety caused by poor closing.
