摘要
目的:针对舌下脱敏疗法治疗变应性鼻炎的机制与2型固有淋巴细胞(ILC2s)的相关性予以探究。方法:选取变应性鼻炎患者随机分为药物治疗组20例和药物联合脱敏治疗组20例,并以15例健康人作为对照组。检测治疗前后外周血及局部鼻腔灌洗液中损伤相关分子模式DAMPs(TSLP、IL-25)的表达,同时检测外周血中ILC2s及其效应因子(IL-13、IL-5、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白)的水平。结果:变应性鼻炎患者DAMPs、ILC2s及其效应因子水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,联合治疗组的所有研究指标水平在治疗3个月后均显著降低(P<0.05),治疗1年后,联合治疗组中除DAMPs水平仍高于对照组(P<0.05);其余指标水平与对照组相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:舌下脱敏疗法能调节变应性鼻炎患者过度活跃的ILC2s免疫应答,降低炎症反应,达到缓解和治疗变应性鼻炎的效果。
Objective:To explore the correlation between the mechanism of sublingual desensitization therapy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and type 2 innate lymphocytes(ILC2s).Methods:Patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into drug treatment group(20 cases)and drug combined desensitization treatment group(20 cases),and 15 healthy people were used as controls.The expressions of damage-associated molecular patterns(DAMPs)including TSLP and IL-25 in peripheral blood and local nasal lavage fluid,ILC2s and its related factors(IL-13,IL-5,eosinophil cationic protein)levels in peripheral blood were detected before and after treatment.Results:The levels of ILC2s and its related factors in peripheral blood of patients with allergic rhinitis were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the levels of all research indexes in the combined treatment group were decreased significantly after 3 months of treatment(P<0.05).After 1 year of treatment,the level of DAMPs in the combined treatment group were still higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the level of other indexes had no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sublingual desensitization therapy can regulate the hyperactive ILC2s immune response in patients with allergic rhinitis,reduce the inflammatory response,and achieve the effect of alleviating and treating allergic rhinitis.
