摘要
高压变频器是当前火电厂节能改造中常用的设备,对于火电厂节能降耗具有重要的作用。由于设备自身质量原因,加上火电厂运行环境影响及检修不当等因素,导致高压变频器发生故障。为减少高压变频器的故障发生率,维护检修人员需要做好日常维护及定期检修工作,熟悉变频器日常运行过程中变频器过流、外部通信、功率单元过电压/欠电压、变压器过热等常见故障的发生原因,掌握故障排除措施,实现对高压变频器的科学维护管理,提高其运行可靠性。因此,加强对高压变频器的定期维护,掌握故障排除流程及方法,能大大降低其故障发生率,发挥其变频调速作用。
High-voltage frequency converter is the current energy-saving transformation of the commonly used equipment for thermal power plants,energy saving and consumption reduction has an important role.Due to the quality of the equipment itself,the influence of the thermal power plant operation environment and improper maintenance and other factors lead to the failure of high-voltage inverter.In order to reduce the failure rate of high-voltage inverter,maintenance personnel need to do a good job of routine maintenance and regular maintenance,familiar with the causes of common faults such as overcurrent,external communication,overvoltage/undervoltage of power unit,overheat of transformer,etc.,to realize the scientific maintenance and management of high-voltage inverter and improve its reliability.Therefore,to strengthen the regular maintenance of high-voltage inverter,to master the troubleshooting process and methods,can greatly reduce its failure rate,play its role of frequency conversion speed.
