摘要
基于道德情绪的离散型特质,对内涵界定和类型划分的现有研究进行系统梳理;将个体的趋近-回避动机嵌入组织中道德情绪的行为触发过程,基于组织视域构建道德情绪的“双刃剑”效应模型;解析不同类型道德情绪(赞赏他人型、他人不幸指向型、自我意识型、谴责他人型)对员工积极行为(如自我提升、补偿、帮助、合作等)和消极行为(如退缩、回避、排斥等)“双刃剑”效应的作用机理。
Based on the discretization of moral emotions,the connotation and category divisions are summarized from existing researches.By embedding individual approach-avoidance motivation into the behavior triggering process,a"double-edged sword"model of moral emotion is constructed to analyze the effect mechanism of moral emotion(including other-praising emotions,other-suffering emotions,self-conscious emotions and other-condemning emotions)on employee positive behaviors(such as self-promotion,compensation,help,cooperation,etc.)and negative behaviors(such as withdrawal,avoidance,rejection,etc.).
