摘要
硫酸提浓装置在生产运行过程中,出现一系列问题:腐蚀管线,管道堵塞,硫酸储罐内沉积物过多。提出相应的解决方法:优化控制措施,定期转换硫酸,清理设备内沉淀结晶物等。改造后,设备平稳安全运行。
During the operation of a sulfuric acid concentration device,a series of problems occurred:corrosion of pipelines,blockage of pipelines,and excessive sediment in the sulfuric acid storage tank.The corresponding solutions were proposed:optimizing control measures,regularly changing sulfuric acid,cleaning up precipitated crystals in equipment,etc.After renovations were carried out,the device operated smoothly and safely.
