摘要
目的评估高频超声诊断糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样硬化的价值。方法选取2020年4月—2021年1月莒县人民医院收治的120例糖尿病患者为观察组,另选取同期健康体检者120名为对照组,均采用高频超声诊断仪进行检查,比较两组的颈动脉斑块检出率、分型情况及颈动脉内膜中层厚度。结果观察组颈动脉斑块检出率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的颈总动脉、颈动脉分叉处与颈内动脉的IMT值均显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组颈动脉分型情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高频超声可以对糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样硬化相关指标进行定量与定性,具有一定的应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of high-frequency ultrasound in diagnosing carotid atherosclerosis in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 120 diabetic patients admitted to Juxian People's Hospital from April 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the observation group,and another 120 healthy physical examination subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.High-frequency ultrasonic diagnostic instrument was used for examination,and the detection rate,distribution,classification and carotid plaque and the thickness of carotid intima media were compared between the two groups.Results The detection rate of carotid artery plaque in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The IMT values of common carotid artery,carotid artery bifurcation and internal carotid artery in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in carotid artery typing between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion High frequency ultrasound can be used to quantify and characterize carotid atherosclerosis related indicators in diabetes patients,and has certain application value.
