摘要
目的分析小儿支气管肺炎实施综合护理干预的效果及对患者住院时间的影响。方法从2018年11月至2020年11月本院收治的小儿支气管肺炎患儿中随机抽取80例展开调查。通过抛硬币的方式将80例小儿支气管肺炎患儿分为两组,每组40例患儿。将采用常规护理干预的小儿支气管肺炎患儿设为对照组,将采用综合护理干预的小儿支气管肺炎患儿设为试验组。分析两组小儿支气管肺炎患儿护理后的血气分析指标、住院时间、肺功能指标以及护理满意度。结果在对小儿支气管肺炎患儿进行护理干预后,试验组患儿的血气分析指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿的肺功能指标和住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在对比临床症状,如体温恢复时间、肺音消失时间和心力衰竭纠正时间、憋喘缓解时间,试验组患儿时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患儿的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对小儿支气管肺炎患儿进行护理时,使用综合护理干预能够优化患儿的血气分析指标,缩短患儿的住院时间,改善患儿的肺功能,提高护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with severe pneumonia and its influence on the length of hospital stay.Methods From November 2018 and November 2020,and 80 children with severe pneumonia in our hospital were randomly selected for investigation,80 children with severe pneumonia in children were divided into two independent groups by coin toss,40 children in each group.Children with severe pneumonia who received routine nursing intervention were taken as the reference group,and children with severe pneumonia who received comprehensive nursing intervention were taken as the experimental group.The blood gas index,hospital stay,lung function and nursing satisfaction of children with severe pneumonia in two groups were analyzed.Results After nursing intervention in children with severe pneumonia in children,the blood gas index in the experimental group was better than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time was better than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the children in the trial group had shorter time to compare clinical symptoms,such as temperature recovery time,pulmonary loss time and heart failure correction time,and asthma relief time,the comparison is statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When nursing children with severe pneumonia in children,comprehensive nursing intervention can optimize the blood gas indexes of children,shorten the hospital stay,improve the lung function of children and improve the nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
