摘要
目的探究宫颈癌根治术患者实施预防性护理对术后尿潴留发生率的影响,降低术后尿潴留发生率。方法选择2019年1月至2021年1月福建省某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院妇外科行宫颈癌根治术的78例患者作为研究对象,采用双盲信封法分组,分成对照组(常规护理)和试验组(预防性护理),各39例,比较两组术后发生尿潴留的概率、膀胱排尿情况、心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度。结果试验组术后尿潴留发生率为2.56%,对照组术后尿潴留发生率为15.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者术后排尿时间、残余尿量显著少于对照组,平均尿流率和最大尿流率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,试验组护理后心理状态各指标分值更低,生活质量各指标分值更高(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度为94.87%,与对照组护理满意度的79.49%比较显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在行宫颈癌根治术的患者临床护理中应用预防性护理干预可降低术后尿潴留发生率,改善患者膀胱排尿功能,同时容易被患者所接受,有利于改善患者的心理状态,提高患者的生活质量及护理满意度。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of preventive nursing on the incidence of postoperative urinary retention in patients undergoing radical resection of cervical cancer.Methods Select rows of cervical cancer radical 78 patients as the research object,the time between January 2019 and January 2021,double blind method of grouping,divided into the control group(routine care)and experimental group(preventive care),39 cases in each group,the probability of urinary retention,bladder urination,psychological status,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative urinary retention was 2.56%in the experimental group and 15.38%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative urination time and residual urine volume in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,while the mean and maximum urine flow rate were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of the indicators of psychological state after nursing in the test group were lower,and the scores of the indicators of quality of life were higher(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 94.87%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.49%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of preventive nursing intervention in clinical nursing of patients undergoing radical resection of cervical cancer can reduce the incidence of postoperative urinary retention,improve the bladder urination function of patients,and is easy to be accepted by patients,regulate the psychological state of patients,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction rate of patients.
