摘要
目的探讨葛根汤加减联合七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼的临床价值。方法选择2020年3月—2022年5月泰安市中医二院收治的睑板腺功能障碍所致干眼症患者80例为研究对象。按照随机数表法分为两组,各40例。所有患者均使用人工泪液,对照组给予七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上配合葛根汤治疗。比较两组治疗后睑板腺分泌能力及分泌物性状变化,治疗后眼表疾病患病指数及泪膜破裂时间,分析治疗后人眼泪液所含蛋白水平变化,统计临床治疗效果。结果观察组睑板腺分泌能力和分泌物性状评分分别为(4.3±0.6)分、(2.3±0.4)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后眼表疾病患病指数为(91.7±6.5)分,泪膜破裂时间为(12.6±2.5)s,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组人神经趋化蛋白和IL-1受体拮抗蛋白分别为(386.9±53.7)、(251.0±78.9)μg/L,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为97.5%,高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.538,P<0.05)。结论葛根汤加减联合七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症,能有效改善睑板腺分泌功能,缓解患者临床症状,提高泪液稳定性,确保临床治疗效果。
Objective To explore the clinical value of radix puerariae decoction plus and minus combined with esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops in the treatment of dry eyes with meibomian gland dysfunction.Methods From March 2020 to May 2022,80 patients with dry eye caused by tarsal gland dysfunction were selected as the study subjects.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into two groups,each with 40 cases.All patients were treated with artificial tears.The control group was treated with esculin and digitalisgly-cosides eye drops.The observation group was treated with puerarin decoction on the basis of the control group.Compared the changes of the secretion ability and secretion characteristics of the tarsal gland,the disease index of eye surface disease and the tear film rupture time after treatment,analyzed the changes of the protein level in the tears after treatment,and counted the clinical treatment effects.Results The scores of the secretion ability and secretion characteristics of the tarsal gland in the observation group were(4.3±0.6)points and(2.3±0.4)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the morbidity index of eye surface disease in the observation group was(91.7±6.5)points,and the tear film rupture time was(12.6±2.5)seconds,which were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the human neurochemoattractant protein and IL-1 receptor antagonist protein in the observation group were(386.9±53.7)μg/L and(251.0±78.9)μg/L,respectively,both higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%,higher than that of the control group(75.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.538,P<0.05).Conclusion Radix puerariae decoction plus and minus combined with esculin and digitalisgly cosides ey
