摘要
在双碳大背景下,大容量的电动公交大量并网充电,充电负荷的峰峰叠加给难以及时升级的城市电网带来重大的重过载运行风险。针对此问题,本文考虑电动营运车辆的社会服务性质及充电场景,首先提出光伏、储能、充电设施一体化的电动公交能源综合系统(electric bus energy integrated system,EBEIS)概念,分析EBEIS运行模式、相关主体关系及能量信息流向。然后,以EBEIS能源交换率最小为优化目标,以EBEIS光-储限制和电动公交运营状态为约束,构建了电动公交车-储能联合优化运行模型。最后,通过仿真算例验证了本文所提策略的有效性,EBEIS高度能源自给降低了配电网重过载运行风险、提升了电网运行效益,并在保证交通系统正常运行状态的同时降低运营成本。
In the context of dual carbon,a large number of electric buses with large capacity are connected to the grid for charging,and the superposition of peak and peak charging loads brings a significant risk of heavy overload operation to the urban power grid which is difficult to upgrade in time.In view of this prob⁃lem,the social service nature and charging scenario of electric operating vehicles are considered in this pa⁃per.The concept of electric bus energy integrated system(EBEIS)integrating photovoltaic,energy storage and charging facilities is firstly proposed,the operation mode of EBEIS,the relationship between related entities and the flow of energy information are analyzed.Then,with the minimum energy exchange rate of EBEIS as the optimization objective,and with EBEIS optical⁃storage limit and the operation status of elec⁃tric bus the constraints,a joint optimization operation model of electric bus and energy storage is construct⁃ed.Finally,the effectiveness of the strategy proposed in this paper is verified by a simulation example.The high energy self⁃sufficiency of EBEIS reduces the risk of heavy overload operation of the distribution net⁃work,improves the operation efficiency of the power grid,and reduces,at the time of ensuring the normal op⁃eration of the transportation system,the operation cost.
