摘要
为研究干式平波电抗器耦联体系的抗震性能及耦联结构最优参数,利用软件ABAQUS对某电抗器体系建模进行抗震性能分析,并对耦联结构进行参数分析得到最优参数或最优参数组合,从而提出合理的工程建议。结果表明:在0.4 g地震波输入下,体系耦联方向加速度放大系数最小,竖直方向最大,且同方向上支撑顶部大于电抗器本体顶部;支撑根部应力峰值均值41.64 MPa小于临界应力,但单条波峰值已超过临界应力。耦联结构与电抗器本体采用刚接、管母线和支柱绝缘子刚度处于“低应力区”、连接点处在电抗器高度的指定范围内均对支柱绝缘子根部应力有降低作用。工程中可根据文中给出的建议,结合电力传输等其他非结构要求综合选取最优参数,使体系抗震效果达到最佳。
For studying seismic performance and optimal parameters of coupling system of+800 kV smoothing reactors,the ABAQUS software is used to analyze not only the model of a certain reactor system,but also the parameters of the coupling structure so to obtain the optimal parameters or the combination of the opti-mal parameters,thereby proposing reasonable engineering suggestion.The results show that under 0.4 g seismic wave input,the acceleration amplification factor in the coupling direction of the coupling system is the minimum and in the vertical direction is maximum.Moreover,the acceleration amplification factor at the top of the support is greater than that of the reactor body in a same direction.The average value of the peak stress at the root of the support is 41.64 MPa,which is less than the critical stress,but the single crest has exceeded the critical stress.The rigid connection between the coupling structure and the reactor body is used.The rigidity of the the busbar and the support insulator of the coupling structure is in the low stress area,and the connection point,which is in a range of the height of the reactor,can reduce the stress at the root of the support insulator.In actual project,the optimal paramneters can be selected comprehensively in accordance with the suggestions given in this paper in combination with other such non-structural requirements as power transmission,which can achieve the best seismic effect of the system.
